In all of our properties we have an easy payment process. We require £100 to hold the room and then £550 is required the day before moving in day. This will cover your deposit and first months rent. Deposits are secured in a deposit protection scheme.

Letting type – Minimum 3 months (3 Months will incur a 15% premium on the usual contract length. 6/12 Months preferred as standard with a 6 month break clause)


We are a local family run small business and live out landlord of this property. We take great pride in renovating all of our properties to a high standard and are fully regulated.
